For larger delegations, or trips that include travelling supporters, we can contact the relevant authorities and organisers in advance to agree practical arrangements and avoid misunderstandings on arrival, at the venue or at the hotel.
If a problem arises during the stay, we act as the bridge between the team and the police, the venue or the organiser, so that it is solved quickly and in your language.
24/7 assistance if a player or staff member is detained
If a member of your delegation is detained or reported by the police, the first hours matter. Our lawyers provide 24/7 police-station assistance, explain the situation to the team manager and make sure the person’s rights are respected: a lawyer, an interpreter and contact with their consulate.
When needed, we continue with the defence in court or in administrative proceedings such as fines and bans, so the player can travel home with the matter in safe hands.
Youth teams travelling with minors
Youth teams travel with an extra layer of responsibility. We help clubs prepare documents, authorisations and an action plan for incidents involving minors, and we support coaches and parents if a young player is involved in a police matter or an accident during the trip.
